The Interventional Radiology Department at alliance hospital offers you a single window for all minimally invasive procedures requiring image guidance. We provide all types of vascular and non-vascular interventions and mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy services, high resolution ultrasound & colour doppler services for breast, infertility and vascular disorders.
We have advanced radiological equipment such as 32-channel wide bore, short tunnel, whole body 3 Tesla MRI Scanner with MRGFUS for treatment of fibroids, bone metastasis and severe facet arthropathy, 3D and 4D Ultrasound, Colour Doppler, Digital Mammography and Whole Body Densitometry with paediatric software.
The department is equipped with a 64-slice cardiac capable PET-CT Scanner. All imaging systems are linked through Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) ensuring excellent viewing quality for accurate reporting. A complete cardiac CT scan can be performed in less than five seconds at our hospital.
NUCLEAR MEDICINE
The Nuclear Medicine Department provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services under one roof with dual head Gamma camera interfaced with a SPECT CT to provide accurate, high resolution, three dimensional functional images co-registered with patient’s anatomical data. With the installation of the latest generation PET CT Scan machine, the Department has advanced capabilities of accurate diagnosis and therapeutics.
